Testimonials:
My name is Robert McFaul. I am a vascular and general surgeon, so I obviously know a great deal about the human body. In the past 8 months, I have re-herniated a lumbar disc at the same level for which I had a surgery 11 years ago. With the expert help of Ted Bezemer, I was able to get over this and avoid a second surgery. Ted evaluated me and used his expertise as a physical therapist and sports trainer developed a rehabilitation and training program which worked wonders for me.
On another occasion I had a sensory and motor nerve issue with the fingers of my left hand. I consulted fellow physicians once again, but went back to Ted Bezemer. Again, he did a thorough physical exam of my neck, shoulder, and musculature of my upper chest and back. He was able to make a good diagnosis of a nerve entrapment which had arisen from years of difficult posturing while I was performing surgery, and then a more acute injury from my golf swing mechanics. I was worried about a debilitating injury. With his treatment and exercise program, along with some anti-inflammtory medication from my physician, I have improved in a matter of a month to the point of being almost entriely without symptoms.
Mr. Bezemer has also treated my friends and family with excellent results. As a physician, I have come to trust Ted to do what is appropriate, and know that he will not overstep his bounds or do anything that would aggravate a problem or cause worsening injury. He has an excellent knowledge base and understands human body mechanics as well as anyone I know. Ted Bezemer is a key member of my medical team and I can recommend him without reservation to my medical colleagues, friends, and family.

Using the training Ted Bezemer had given me was extremely helpful in ascending the high peaks in Ecuador in 2009. Here is a picture of me at about 12000 feet "rolling out my IT" band to keep from incurring any pain from strenuous hiking. It worked like a charm!
"Ted, Thank you sooo much for helping me out with my exercise. Both my pain doctor and the neuro surgeon that I went to see this summer, could not believe that I am not in any pain and I really credit this to the wonderful attention you gave me and the exercises you recommended. I have a very serious case of spinal stenosis and both doctors said that within six months I would need back surgery. I don't think I am that old (58) to have that kind of operation. I definately did not want to do that - but after working with you over the course of the summer - and I do the exercises daily - I am in no pain.
You also helped me last year with some shoulder pain and after doing the recommended exercises, again I have no pain. Ted you really know the body so well and you have a passion to helping people get in the best shape that they possibly can be in and I am so grateful that you are at Glenwild where I can get the personal attention that I have needed. xoxoxo"
Working with ProForm has been awesome to say the least. Ted and Jason are two awesome guys who are there to get you feeling awesome, looking awesome, and being straight-up awesome. My favorite part about working with ProForm Athletics was getting ripped and showing off my calves. Front squatting abnormally large amounts of weight was pretty fun too along with having bragging rights and smack talking. After working with ProForm, I have really embraced my inner awesome and thanks to them, I now strive to be awesome in every aspect of my life. Thanks ProForm for helping me test positive for awesome!
Jason,
Every morning for the last several years I have felt stiff extremely stiff and achy, particularly after golf.
It's typically in my back and has prevented me froming bending over or flexing my back in any manner.
So I walk around the house standing straight up and moan and groan when I have to pick up the morning paper, drop something on the floor, etc.
I am encouraged to report that with all your mobility and flexibility work, that stiffness has
substantially mitigated. In fact I feel particularly great in the morning now.
Thanks for all you help!
"I thought your golf conditioning class this Spring was terrific. Not only was it a great way to get our bodies ready for the golfing and the summer season, but it taught me so much about the mechanics of the golf swing. I learned more from you about the physical aspects of the golf swing than I have ever learned from any instructor."
"Ted I can’t thank you enough for helping me get my health (life) back."
"We never could have skied this terrain if it wasn’t for your ski conditioning program."
