"Working with Ted was great because of his understanding that I was interested in more than just healing my knee, but that I wanted to get myself back to
training to be able to compete as soon as possible. The work I did emphasized identifying any weaknesses and doing specific strength and conditioning work, without jeopardizing the healing process.  Ted is always available to help and consult anytime with my rehab and training I have done. It's been about as good as it gets.

Nutritional

The ProForm Athletics approach to performance nutrition is three pronged

v  Overall optimization of health through appropriate every day dietary intake forms the basis of good
performance.  Individualized assessment of optimal weight, energy intake, macronutrient mix are
incorporated into a food based plan that is easy for the athlete to follow.

v  Maintaining hydration and fueling before, during and after events can be the key to feeling good and
performing optimally in sport whether events are for personal enjoyment or competition.  Goals for fueling up,
staying fueled, replacing energy, and promoting muscle recovery vary by sport, duration, and overall
nutrition status.

v  Evaluation of the need for aids to performance.  Safety is always the first consideration as we use
peer-reviewed evidence, whenever available, to form the basis of any recommendation.  Individualization
of these recommendations to fit lifestyle, sport goals and individual preferences enhance the likelihood for
success.

Customized nutritional plans are designed for individuals, groups and teams to maximize health and
performance.  We have the expertise and training to make recommendations to address a number of issue
